Import MotorWorx

Import MotorWorx is the best. They are very informative on work that is being done and great at communicating whether if it’s getting a quote or following up on ongoing work and letting you know how it’s going. Very professional and friendly staff. Great and reliable work on top of all that. If you have a MINI, this is the place to go.

Cole and the team at Import MotorWorx are amazing. The best price and customer service for my BMW i3 I’ve had in Los Angeles. Honest, straight shooting and thorough. My old regular place damaged an essential piece needed for oil changes. Cole ordered a new one right away free of charge and had me back on the road in a few hours. I have a new regular spot for my car. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

One of their employees was driving one of their customers car while using an iPad and talking on the phone looking downward and crashed into me on purpose for insurance fraud!!!!!!!!!!!! He admitted fault and was laughing and smiling about it. Police and Insurance are investigating it right now. They also tried to do a tow truck scam on me, he was waiting at the corner, It was All Staged!!!

Import was a great shop. We connected with the team and they provided great service and transparency through calls and messaging. I trust that they will get the job done correctly at the best price.

I would strongly recommend this place to anyone that's thinking of getting a European car repaired. These guys are honest they're amazing and diagnosing problems. And they're very reasonably priced for what they do in addition to that the guy who runs the service department is a really interesting guy very friendly like everyone who works there seems to be. I can't say strongly enough what a great experience I had thanks for the terrific work fellas see you next time see you next time
